They were waiting for me to press naturally did NOT and I held till they put down their phone and then I put down mine. Certainly a SCAM as I have no account in US

Apparently a company called UK National. Called wanting to ask questions around my personal data, which I wouldn't provide. Requested how the caller had access to my data and to remove it, else will be reporting to the ICO. Caller had no idea what the ICO/GDPR was.

There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. I purchased some items from this lovely lady and she was absolutely fabulous, she kept in contact with me and helped with all my struggles finding her property as it was in a renote location and i dont no leeds very well, trusted 100%

Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.
