A lady with an Indian accent talked her through a procedure on her laptop to clean up the hacking files, not knowing she was giving them remote access to her laptop. They also claimed she has been over paying for a security service and she was due a refund of ?200. She was advised that the money has been paid into her bank account and advices

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
