My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The guy who called could hardly speak English and said that I needed to update all of my details with him today otherwise, no one would be able to reach me by telephone or via my web site. I asked who he was calling from and he didn t say, so i asked him to delete my number from his call list. I think he then said he would ensure my entire records would be deleted and slammed down the telephone. Bon Chance!!

Company called my ADHD sons mobile whilst I was out and he answered loads of health questions, including his age and his address. Shouldn t be allowed. He now knows not to even answer his phone unless he knows the number. Annoyed at this.

Just had this number ringing me this is the first time ive had a call of this number and when i answered and said hello 3 times it was a dead line and quiet and then they hung up but what they dont know is some new touchscren phones have block contact like mine

This number called me today, said she was calling from the Nationwide Building Society. The female Indian caller knew my name, told me my postcode and asked me to confirm if it was correct. I told her I don t have an account with Nationwide and that she s a scammer after my personal details.... then hung up on her haha!

I've had a call from this number claiming they are from my bank Halifax, i notice the area code is Halifax but i'm not sure if this is a scam call.
