Called to say I had been in an accident, I informed them that I had actually passed away in the accident and they promptly hung the phone up - Obviously they did not want to talk to a ghost!

Apparently I was in a car accident that wasn t my fault!

Suspect it to be a usual nuisance number put the phone down & did 141 & called them back - the number was blocked from incoming calls = Suspicions proved correct

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Also, my advice is not to take up credit or accept a credit cards from Vanquis Bank as they are extremely aggressive in their debt collection. Do the research and see how unhappy peo

And when we were having our tea, the house rang with this number and when we didn t answer it the mobile rang....this makes you think it is an urgent call???!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS! getting fed up with these nuisance calls all the time so phoned ofcom who are supposed to be the policeman to deal with these calls. to be honest ofcom is about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. all the lady could tell me was to use call blocking etc. to which i said when these people have 100 s of numbers not much good. told her that ofcom should prove their worth and starting earning their money by doing something about it. but of course they wont because telephone companies will start bleating suppress

Getting a whole spree of unsolicited calls on my business cell phone. Clearly this is another one wantonly interrupting my working day. I am investigating an APP that automatically puts all known numbers to the blocked caller list.
