Claimed to be calling from O2, Indian call centre. Offering a 40% discount off my next bill, but could not tell me the name of the account holder. Hung up when I asked who he wanted to speak to. Said he'd send 2 text messages for me to activate the discount!!!!! Why if he was from O2, and I was with O2 he'd have my details and could active the discount automatically. Block this number.

These guys are a chartered accounts firm called renatas. they call and sound official in regards to business rate relief they make out like they are calling on behalf of the council and you need to take there service. stay away as you can get a rates relief by calling the council yourself. don t trust these cowboys.

Said they were from AA Drainage, offering me a reduction on my yearly cover + a free drain scan, I said I don’t have cover with them, never answered me but kept on about this wonderfull offer, pressed him again about my cover as I’m with the gas board for my drains cover (never told him this though) again he went on about the offer, then hung up.
