SCAM pretending to be HSBC. As if we don't have enough to contend with these days.
After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. So far I am I up to 14 number

Incoming call at 14:19 18:05:17 as a BT text message It s a poor recorded message, the caller voice is female it states that the call is from the HMRC and advised that you should contact your solicitor or legal advisor and then goes on to threatens legal action if you fail to call back advising not ignore this call. Rang 9pm! Survey on behalf of government re health and exercise. Apologised when I refused and said it was after 9pm! 1 min left of his shift was told.
I jsut had a call from a sweet man give me this whole spiel about Great Ormand Street Hospital. I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax. SCAM / SPAM Automated message telling you it's a HRMC tax refund and asking you to press one on the keypad cancelled call and blocked.
This number called and I did not recognise the number so I did not answer it. I then tried to ring it back to see who was calling and the message I got was "this number is not recognised so I can only guess it is another scam call.

Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.
