SCAM - pretending to be one of my children
They left a 2 minute 30 second voice mail of people talking in the background with a heavy accent that I could not place. (They forgot to hang up.) I did recently register a new phone number and domain name for my business.
Rang twice this morning, left no message. Silent call. I have now blocked it.

SCAM Some "Learning centre" Indian gentleman talking super fast so you can't understand everything he's saying. Hung up after I asked how he got my number as I'm on TPS. He hung up.
