Suggested a refund available since last year of £652.23 Offered a booking slot and advised the new meter number as E14UP04L89. I just recevied a call from this phone, in Spanish (I am in Spain) from a slavik woman who said she wanted to pay me back something from a company or similar I do not even know. So I told here to call me from UK to Spain and this issues sounds like fraud.

Some oriental male purporting to be calling from o2 - "Hello, this is Adam, I'm calling from o2, how are you today?" I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2. I've seen this with others, it would seem either o2 are selling our information to others, or potentially has staff exploiting their systems and our personal data.

Very slick, found out where my child goes and said 'headmaster will call you yo thank you'......then start pressurising payment over the phone and calling back daily. More needs to be done to shut these types of scammer down!!!
