Called yesterday (12 Nov) at 18:46 and drivelled on about the PPI you were sold. Obviously a bunch of spivs as I don t do PPI as I don t take out loans or use credit cards. Attempted to make a complaint to the TPS and their website says "noting to do with us try the information commissioner". Who is paying for the TPS and why? They seem to be a waste of space.

This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. Nuisance caller. When told that we are not interested and don t want them to call again the response from Nicole was "tell the decision maker to ring me to tell me that. We can t accept that instruction from anyone else". When advised that the decision maker has no intention of speaking to them, they "threaten" to call again in 2 weeks time if they haven t heard from us. They don t accept that anyone has a right not to take their call.

I was called on my mobile by someone trying to tell me that my sister (I have power of attorney) owed 53.23 to BT but if I paid the full amount by card, then she would have her line restricted and avoid further charges of 18.00 for re-connection. They were really pushy that I make a payment but I thought something was off and wouldn t give any details at all!
