This company phones EVERY DAY !!! A foreign woman knows my name and says it s a quick call from the call centre. Very bad experience with these rip off merchants...may have new numbers being 0161 6531333 & 0161 5313335. These people have taken your information from genuine charity company and continued to try and claim more money from myself, i got done for ?298.80!!! Avoid these people at all costs and report imediately to police, they are very interested
Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up. Do not engage with them.
