Answered the phone a couple of days ago to someone shouting "f**king c**t" down the phone from this so called professional insurance advice group! Called again about ten minutes ago confronted them about this and they were very aggressive towards me said there company is professional and wouldn t do such things. This number keeps calling, even though I m ex-directory. Sometimes their side is dead and then they call back again. Its PPI people trying to get me to make a claim. I have asked them to stop calling. They still call. Their telephone manner is VERY rude. Annoying people who I d never use even if I did ever want to claim PPI (which I dont)
