Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. SCAM. 0710721862 called. Began asking whether gas boiler due for update. Iliterate - could not read his obvious script - English is clearly not first language. When I was asked the age of the boiler I said it was installed 9 months ago. He did not understand and got confused. I suggested he went back to school and he hung up. Could be attempt at identity theft or something more sinister. Number now blocked.

This number is now being used by a company calling itself Ownership Release Services. Usual lies about claims for mis-selling of timeshare. This number is also used by Timeshare Solutions Release and Timeshare Release.
This is a persistent and bullying phone call centre. Every day,sometimes twice or more they call with a script about a government initiative to install heating , saving 75% on the heating bill. If you question them they become abusive and ugly. HELP.

"BT" phoned to say been trying to phone me (received no calls in days) and due to "Suspicious activity" are going to disconnect by Internet unless I talk to an operative, who spent 15 minutes calling my 80 year old father some swear words for his lack of internet knowledge and no online bank account.
