This number keeps calling me and doesnt leave a message. 3 times a day every day. Its their phone bill not mine which is only upside, but its annoying

A Manchester number, so thought is was someone I know. However it was an unpleasant person who identified themselves as being from a company called Motor Investigations. He wanted to talk about insurance. I asked him why he was calling and he was aggressive. I hung up. Definitely a scam of some sort.

As all others call was terminated before I even had chance to react to my phone lighting up in front of me. From reading other comments I haven t rang back, nor do I intend to.

applied for loan online. received loads of ph calls & sms claiming they can sort loan, just ph them to proceed. same as other people are commenting, you get given another number to ph, which is 09no. told cost of call will be refuunded, & loan never materialises. Obviously a scam, got be fair though all seemed very genuine in beginning. glad i looked into it in more detail. 1 to avoid in future, have now blocked number

Had a cold calI from this number today. I answered the phone, could hear voices in the background. Nobody replied and the line went dead after about 30 seconds. I rang the number back and found out that it belongs to Logic Guard Insurance. I told them that I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take my number off their database. Came up as a local number (01947) but it was from a call centre. All numbers round here start with a 6 or an 8. and there are no call centres in this rural area.

This seems to be a scam operation. A woman phoned us from this phone number and said could they come and do an asbestos check on our house. We have no asbestos at all, and when I stated my reluctance to make a firm appointment, they immediately cut off.

Caller said there was a problem with my computer. Asked him if he was same person making a similar call from a withheld number earlier today who used foul abusive language when I asked if he had heard of the telephone preference service. This time the caller rang off immediately.

Called "on behalf of a third party" about an accident they said I had been involved in. Total nonsense. Would not give name or tell me how they had received my details. Beware, this is a scam.
