Apologies my last entry should be rated as 9 Very untrustworthy. "Technical fault with your BT hub. Please go to your computer so I can fix it for you". Said I was unable to do so at present. He asked "Are you disabled",replied "what a thing to ask"! said "I m in a meeting, not free at the moment" "What meeting". With that I got fed up with playing along and rang off.

I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. This company is called trades under various names including UClaim4Me,UManage4me,TheUGroup,Umanage,USave4me. Company registered under Patshull Owen Associates Ltd Wolverhampton. Why pay for one of these companies to claim any PPI back when all you do is write your own letter to your credit card company or bank.You get exactly the same back as if they had claimed on your behalf but they charge you for the privelage!
Fraud. This number came from my mother's WhatsApp account informing me that she had changed her number to this one. She had not. Phone goes straight to voicemail. I have put this as fraud as they are fraudulently representing themselves as someone I know.
Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code

Text message received saying payment authorised from HSBC account & to click on link if it wasn't me. I don't have an HSBC account so clearly attempted fraud. I don't believe any banks contact their customers by text so my advice is never click on these links.

This number has called me numerous times over the past 3 or so days, including twice within 10 minutes of each other this morning! If you really want or need to speak to me, then leave a message on my answer machine, simple!! - these people will never leave a message and I will NEVER answer their harrassment calls on a number that I don t recognise. I have now blocked this number from ringing me any more.
Claims to be from Hermes, said they attempted delivery at 5AM. Word for word, he message is the same as the one printed in the paper about a phishing scam.
