I said that I d asked previous callers to remove my name from their list. When asked why I didn t want to claim my entitlement, I said I didn t need to. Q"Why not? Indian man rang me at about 10:30am 26/7/2021 saying that they'd just been upgrading my Broadband and noticed spam being sent to me and hacker activity. Wanted me to turn on my computer. I put the phone down. Have fallen for one of these scams before with someone getting me to download AnyDesk in order for the caller to remotely take over control of my laptop. BEWARE!!

SCAM - number pretending to be HERMES says your parcel needs to be re-directed. The number sends a link for you to click on so you can redirect the parcel. Do not do this
