Electronic voice telling me that my internet was going to be cancelled within 24 hours because of something to do with my IP address and to contact BT...who are not my provider!
SCAM Caller said they were from Carphone warehouse, but was very upshy.
Fraud, automated voice claimed that i would be investigated for suspicious activity with my bank accounts. When I answered it promoted me to press 1, i did so but when answered it was just a bunch of people talking in the background in a foreign language.

Constant aggressive marketiing. I put the call on speaker then tell them to hold on. wait for them to hang up, it will cost them money and they will get fed up eventually.

Called and asked for my husband. I said not available. The very well spoken gentleman asked to leave his number. I asked what it was regarding and he said the estate of *****. I was instantly suspicious as I had not heard of the company in relation to the estate. So I said I hadn t heard of them, he said because we have been speaking to ******. I said no you haven t I don t know you and hung up. Total scan husband fuming!

I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. SCAM. Fraud. Automated voice in perfect English claiming to be from HMRC. Wants you to pay unpaid fines and fees NOW. The voice is strong, demanding and incessant. Classic fraud. Hang up. Block the number. Report to the Police, if possible.
Multiple times called. When answered states a call blocking service? when requested what call blocking service,no answer! Appears to be reading from script sheet!!

Received call out of the blue. Said they were from BT. Said there was a problem with my line & wanted to sort it, after 19 mins the line went dead. They wanted me to download an app, using Google store to check my tablet device ID.
