SCAM Indian woman pretending to be BT saying that there were multiple unknown IP addresses connected to our internet. Tried to get me to go into the terminal of my computer and started inserting ridiculous stuff. As soon as I asked BT to email me officially and we take it from there, she went silent and hung up.

Received a call saying I was owed £3850 from a previous PPI claim (which had already been settled). Indian gentleman said he was Alex Carter from the County Court of London, 227 The Strand. I had a subsequent call from Francis Anderson, same voice, same tone, probably the same person. I was told to hand over iTunes vouchers for £150 when the cheque would be hand delivered to me.
