Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. He told them to go ahead and try to disable the computer but nothing happened. He asked for the guy s name and number and he said he was Peter Connor and quoted this number. Someone must be able to track down these scum, wherever in the world they are and lock them up!

SCAM Fake mobile contract facilitator, I didn't go this far because I'm not an idiot but they will "accept" your application for a mobile phone contract and will request a deposit and the first month upfront, to then not send your device but still take monthly payments.
SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). When I answered there was a bit of noise on the other end, then suddenly the person muted the call. I need the call too and after a few more seconds hung up. Feels like a scan to me.

Number called our business in Peterborough UK at 09:59 this morning. Follows the pattern of numerous calls we have had recently. We answered, but did not speak. The caller was on automated response waiting a voice from our end and when none was given the line was cut from the other end. Who Called Me indicates the call came from the Russian Federation Mordovia region and was therefore similar to one last week we had from Russian Federation Penza region. Map now shows this was Russian Trade Delegation in UK.
