SCAM Apparently calling from Sky technical team, said there had been Internet errors in the last 2 days and for them to rectify it I need to open my laptop and follow their instructions.... I asked the caller to verify they were from Sky and the caller went silent then hung up. Be careful people.

Rude lady called to speak to our Business Manager, when told she has to email she said they don't email and only talk!! SCAM / SPAM - Answered the call and got a ringing tone as if I had made the call. Someone with Northern accent asked me about Life Insurance, but I think it was pre-recorded. I responded, but didn't get an answer. Then it occured to me that, due to the ringing tone, they might somehow have engineered a way for me to be paying for the call so I hung up and blocked the number.

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed.
