This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. These people will just not go away. They are trying to get your personal info and they are crap at it. Presumably they are better at paper fraud than they are at acting. I don t know how they make any money but they must do because they keep calling back or maybe they are as stuid as they sound. They sound drunk half the time.
