SCAM - a recorded message claiming to be from the national crime office stating that my National Insurance number has been associated with various crimes (or some such drivel). Who would have thought the national crime office were using a plain old 3 network number instead of a private number? Not the first time I've heard from these twits. Number now blocked.

Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

This number belongs to an adult male... He has been contacting my eleven year old daughter for a period of (almost) three months... I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator. I only have a limited amount of information (at the moment) but the information I do have indicates that there are (at least) three other children that this predator has contacted (over a period of months)... This is a very complex scam. They use Voice recognition software and series of recorded English female responses. NEVER GIVE ANY DETAILS RE YOUR NAME< ADDRESS OR ANYTHING. THIS IS FIRST RATE FISHING. KEEP them on the line for as long as possible so they don t have time to annoy others, especially the vulnerable. Its much more fun to wind them up than come off the phone annoyed...

This number calls me every day, and when I pick it up, nobody is there, nobody speaks. Possible scam
I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.

scam phone call, from a man who claimed he was ‘calling about loft insulation that had previously been installed’ and went on to say that they ‘needed to visit to do a free inspection for damp and mould’. when I told them I have never had loft installation installed they hung up. They have called 3 days in a row now with this scam, always introduces himself as Tom but does not state what company he is calling from
