The 'company' title 'Expert Savers is misleading to get personal information from you, including bank details if you let them supposedly sign you up to a magazine subscription, etc. This is another new number for these harassing pests who won't delete your details from their systems if you ask them to - I know because of having repeatedly (dozens, if not over a hundred times by now). As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
