Fraud fraud fraud. Do not call back on this number or give any details. My elderly parents received a call this morning. Lucky I was around and he claimed he was calling from virgin media in London. I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. If u are called do not take this seriously.

Rings on average twice daily including weekends. When answered no one speaks but background noise suggests it is from a workplace.

I have just had a call from a lady from 01704 222222 claiming to work for Albany Assist and wanting to talk to me about the non fault accident I have had in the last two and a half years. I told her I hadn’t had one and the call ended. Reported to the real Albany Assist as per the request in this thread. Interesting that if you call the number back no one answers. Caller was a scouse female.

A slight twist on other reviews, as claiming to have ?2500.75 (very precise) owing to my daughter, on my phone, for an incident 2-3 years ago, or when pressed, in the last 4 years (all very imprecise!). Asked for company name and told Motor Investigations. I haven t acted on behalf of my daughter on my phone for over 10 years now, so old contact lists being obtained from somewhere. Will be reporting to Ofcom.

This company is called trades under various names including UClaim4Me,UManage4me,TheUGroup,Umanage,USave4me. Company registered under Patshull Owen Associates Ltd Wolverhampton. Why pay for one of these companies to claim any PPI back when all you do is write your own letter to your credit card company or bank.You get exactly the same back as if they had claimed on your behalf but they charge you for the privelage!

Phoned at 1.25am.... who would phone at that time? Googled the number and got a hell of a lot of negative feedback... my advice. Ignore it.

Phoned 14h00 GMT 05/02/20 claiming to be on behalf BTOpenreach. Had I noticed slow broadband speeds; were my modem lights flashing; what colour were they? AT this point I told him (male, Indian/Asian accent) That I thought he waas wastng my time. I heard him shouting at me as I was hanging up.

Probably TPI (Third Party Intermediary) using hard sell techniques to convince to switch to OPUS or similar energy companies. They will do anything possible to hide the fact that they are energy brokers which is actually against the Trading Standards but Ofgem will soon start to go after them. They will try to convince you to accept a new contract with them. DO NOT Trust them as they will get paid and you may end up with an expensive new contract.
