Some random Indian woman calling herself "Angela" (as if!) claiming to be from BT Technical department stating I had problems with my router and she would fix them for me free of charge! I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent.
