This company called today regarding PPI. Said they had sent an info pack to my home - the address was one I lived at over 10 years ago! I told them I wasn t interested and hung up. He called straight back and again I told him no and hung up. He called again and this time I asked for the manager, someone else came on the line and was very rude and insulting! Do not engage with these vile people.

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. Said he was from an IT company that I had used recently, when I asked where he got my number from overrode my questions saying he had got it from a database and continued saying I had used one of there services recently. Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. Very aggressive male caller refusing to listen. ended up telling him (very rudely) to go away and hung up
