The guy knew my name and address, said there was £2000 being given to every homeowner in my area for upgrades to their houses, said includes UPVC windows, doors and conservatories.

Report these scammers to the following==https://ico.org.uk/=== it takes all of five minutes to do and keep reporting them every time they bother you, after a certain number of complaints the ICO then pay them a visit.

Is it Lloyds ppi claims? They keep calling and hanging up perhaps just to register they've attempted to make contact!?

Came up as a local number (01947) but it was from a call centre. All numbers round here start with a 6 or an 8. and there are no call centres in this rural area.

This number seemed to be a crossed line as lady on the phone was talking to someone else although the other persons voice was muffled.

I don't know who this was as I did not answer the call.

Fishing for information for an accident I wasn t in but knew my name.. pure bell end.

Was called by these guys, They were claiming to holding money owed to me from excess tax charges. And to release this money would involve a small deposit by me for them to process the refund.

One ring, hung up. Will never answer such calls.

Had a cold calI from this number today. I answered the phone, could hear voices in the background. Nobody replied and the line went dead after about 30 seconds. I rang the number back and found out that it belongs to Logic Guard Insurance. I told them that I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take my number off their database. Seems dodgy because they pretend to be your supplier in order to get your meter readings but they do in fact work for just most if not all of the major energy suppliers and are totally legit

This guy called said he was from some company & says he has me listed as living in my city & to please verify who I am by telling him my address!! I asked who it is & what company. His reply its a private business matter & insisting on me giving him my address!! I said no & hung up!!
