He tries to arrange an energy assessment on my house (which no doubt will result in a sales pitch for loft insulation etc). He's very polite and inoffensive, but I wish he would remove me from his database.

The number says my car has been involved in an accident when it has not. Please report the number as they are clearly scammers. Don't get involved with them.
