Silent call The owners of this number need to learn how to use an autodialler properly. Twice today (so far) I've picked up phone to silence at the other end. Whatever they're selling, I'd be reluctant to buy from a company that makes silent calls because they can't set up an autodialler correctly. Clue: You need people at YOUR end to speak to those who pick up. Amateurs!

Repeatedly called by Wills UK despite never having given permission and having told them not to call me ever again. When you call them on this number, you get a recording saying that they will call you back and press 1 to remove your number. It doesn t, and they call you over and over again.

Consider it DANGEROUS, if you answer, they know that your number is active, sell your number on, and you will be bombarded, they will log your times on answering and build a profile of you, and eventually you are bait. Scam call asking for details of my lawyer, for tax default. Claimed to have written to me and wanted details from me. I didn t give them any of my details, they said because I wouldn t give them my information the police would be round my house in a couple of hours to arrest me. Person on the phone did not speak very good English as was definitely not from the HMRC.

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end

2 calls in quick succession. I suspect this to be a scam regarding compensation for a car accident. I have had a lot of these calls lately.

The guy who called could hardly speak English and said that I needed to update all of my details with him today otherwise, no one would be able to reach me by telephone or via my web site. I asked who he was calling from and he didn t say, so i asked him to delete my number from his call list. I think he then said he would ensure my entire records would be deleted and slammed down the telephone. Bon Chance!!
