Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!

I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up!
