It is NOT 02 it is Phones 4 U calling as you are near/or due an upgrade. Email Phones 4 U and ask to be removed from the marketing database - this worked for me.
SCAM Said it was HMRC calling because an arrest warrant had been issued pressed one to be put through to case handler, told me if i put the phone down i would just be waiting for the police to arrive and arrest me

In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.
