Called twice today. First time line went dead when I picked up, second time I couldn't pick up because I was busy.
SCAM - Automated call stating the HMRC are issuing a Warrant for my arrest unless I dial #1 etc.
Had a call from this number. Lady stating she was from BT Accounts. When I challenged her she told me to ring 0800 800 153 which is unavailable. Definite hoax / scam for personal details.
An aggressive and persistent man called Solomon cold called and said he had information that we were paying too much for our phone and got quite angry and indignant when I said I was reluctant to swap from BT to National Business. I hung up and wish I hadn t bothered to listen in the first place.

Number 01782146044 called me and said they were from my bank but did not say which bank because they would not have know which banks I deal with. The recorded message said that money £600 was going to disappear from my account within 15 minutes. I hung up the phone and blocked the number as it was obviously a spam call. I have about 6 similar calls over the last month or so from different numbers each time and I have blocked them all. Thankfully no money disappeared unexpectably from any account.

Text message received saying payment authorised from HSBC account & to click on link if it wasn't me. I don't have an HSBC account so clearly attempted fraud. I don't believe any banks contact their customers by text so my advice is never click on these links.

Didn t recognise the number, so didn t answer, caller left no message. If it was a genuine call they they would have, wouldn t they, so probably a junk call.

Fraud fraud fraud. Do not call back on this number or give any details. My elderly parents received a call this morning. Lucky I was around and he claimed he was calling from virgin media in London. I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. Recorded English voice telling me that "according to their records" I had a previous accident claim or medical malpractice claim etc. I pressed no buttons and hung up. We re on TPS but this company clearly ignores that. Will report to ICO.

SCAM automated call from 07946593914. Claiming my national insurance number has been compromised and possible fraud. They then asked me to press 1. I put phone down straight away a googled the type of call which looks to be a growing issue as a scam.
