My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. They phoned & asked to speak to my partner by his first name, I asked who was calling & she muttered something marketing & asked "how are you today" I said fine thanks and she then said "I didnt ask you anything goodbye" and hung up. Number now blocked!

This number shows as International and 01274792012... Said it was a quick survey, I asked where they got my details from and they said public source. They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.

22/9/18 9.22am automated message American female telling me I urgently needed to call back or get my solicitor to call back re. HMRC issue. Tbh I knew it was a scam straight away so didn?t listen to the whole message & hung up.
