Received a call from this number and it was Yell.com Wanted to discuss my business listing in Yell and asked me to type in a www address to look at a link that shows how my webpage looks on Yell. I did not realise in the quickness of the conversation that typing in the address that I was given, gave the caller remote access to my pc. Nor did they say that by typing in this address it would allow them access. I was horrified and clicked the page off. Then having finished the call, I checked my pc to see

Rude. Caller asked for my daughter. I said she was at work. He said he would call later. I said I doubt you will get her as she works late. He had the cheek to tell me rather nastily that I shouldn t be rude, and that he would call back anyway. Number has called again whilst I have been out. If he calls again today I shall make sure I actually am RUDE next time!

SCAM called to discuss damp problems reported in my property, I don’t have damp issues and have never reported any problems. I own my own property so knew immediately that this was a scam, talked to them long enough to get the gist of what they were trying to do before hanging up.

Had a missed call from this number today. They rang me a couple of weeks ago re PPI. I told them I wasn t interested & not to call again!! I asked how they got my number... They said from an online comparison site!! I used a comparison site back in November last year to compare car insurance. So be careful what info you give out especially phone numbers. They are a nuisance! If you cant block their number just don t answer to them & hopefully they ll get the message.

SMS received from 07860010030 "Hi Brian, our advisor will be with you really soon. Check to see where you are in the queue" and provided a link I can only assume is spam as neither my first or last name is Brian. Another SMS followed "Hi Brian, our advisor Steve, is now ready to see you, the concierge will direct you to Steve now." Deleted & not clicked link!
