Lady calling to offer advertising space in a 'local magazine', they support a cancer charity. Quite polite and not pushy but I wasn't interested.

Caller with a strong Indian accent: "Hello, am I speaking with Mr A*********?" Me: "Who wants to know?" The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.

Someone called but on answering the line went down. If it had been a bad line they would likely have called back - they didn t. Probably a scam call.

Called trying to convince me I'd been in a car accident or was on someone's insurance, were EXTREMELY rude!

Some policy review company. They are very rude. Have been calling every day for the last how many weeks. Keep telling them to remove me from their database and they just hang up and then ring the next day!!!

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.
