I keep getting missed calls from these numbers with no voicemail message left. I m grateful to those who have already posted as it has no doubt saved me a lot of hassle!

Missed call at 10am no message left

This number is calling all day up to 9 pm. We work shifts. They have been politely and rudely told to stop calling and have rung a futher 3 times since i swore at them.

Called back this number to find out what they want and they told me they cannot say unless they speak to the right person. They won t even tell me their company name and what they do. What company doesn t want to tell you that.

Renewal date on phone contract has arrived. BuyMobiles.net is where I bought my last contract from - so their own internal system has triggered a follow up call.

14 Dec 2021 - I got a call from 044 1235 590638 in India. I was dumb enough to dial back for the missed call number. I was placed on HOLD and no one answered my call for the 6 minutes of wait time. I would like to know if I have been scammed in anyway. Kindly let me know if you can. Reply

i am being bombarded by phone calls from ppi from all over the country i have told them each time stop calling they have not listened and continue to harrass me, now i am reporting it.

SCAM ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

Called number back using Jabber at work.. After ringing for a while a recorded message from a well spoken gent says Please hold the line someone will be with you shortly 3 repeat messages later and 3 min s later a female with an accent says Goodby So confirmed it is scam !

15 missed calls in 4 days. Even if I was a customer (which I am not) that is harassment.

The caller stating saying about the RSPCA so I listened to what he was saying and as he went on realised he was going to ask for money, ?10 a month thats all, I said no thanks, then he went on about cruelty to animals and said what about ?1 a week, I still said no thanks, had to hang up in the end

This company who has called from this number has scammed my partner who is very ill in hospital over 1000 pound

My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Over the past few days, I have had relentless calls from this number and also 01509 610888. They always call during the day when my phone is on silent, so I never, ever pick up. I can t seem to find out who it is via Google and I don t want to ring them in case it s a scam.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from BT but not sure why a British company would use someone ( or voice generation software) with a mid-Atlantic accent to deliver a message to a UK-based customer. Some rubbish about disconnecting my Internet if I don t follow instructions which, undoubtedly, would involve me in racking-up a huge phone bill, i.e. if press either 1 or 2 as instructed. I hung-up. A variation on the SCAM calls from India about problems with internet account.
