All I could hear in background was a busy room of people doing same thing. Didn't feel legitimate at all so hung up, can't be that important because never called back
there appears to be a large number of calls from the 0161 728 xxxx area, they all seem to be scams of one kind or another you should be very careful if you receive one. be on your guard.

Mechanical voice says my Amazon Prime subscription will auto renew unless I press 1. As I do not have Amazon Prime I assume it is a scam. Pressing 1 will probably be a premium rate number or a scammer phishing for info.

I had a call from 01926893111 which was probably a dentist with whom I had made a web enquiry. But I did not answer and they did not leave any message. I suspect that the number has been wrongly registered on your database as entering the number which called me brings me to this page.

This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. Sorry for generalising it but it usually an Asian woman or man.

SCAM Fraud I’m am trying to find a trace this person who has scam me out of a lot of money by selling fake iPhones and stuff he sells on the Facebook marketplace then gets your money before you check the product and leaves immediately. I’m trying get the name connected to that number and trace the phone number itself. Please send some help on putting these people behind bars and hopefully get my money back.

They rang saying it was the Inland Revenue and that I had ignored letters and owed money and to press 1 to speak to their operative which I did not do. I blocked the number. I am a pensioner with heart problems so not impressed. It was a recorded message which sounded robotic - hope this helps and hope you can take it down. I've reported it to Inland Revenue via their on line form.

There was a call from this number to my mobile number. The line was awful but there was someone on the other end with a strong Asian accent, which added to the bad line, I couldn't understand a word they were saying. It's a Garstang number and I don't know anyone or aware of any business in that area, so presume the call was a possible scam call.

Not sure what this was about. I answered and it went silent then someone said hello, knew my email address. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name
