Called pretending to be a legit contractor - told them we are with TPS and that they lied to my colleague - asked they remove us from whatever dodgy list we appear on - they are rude and aggressive.

Keep calling 3 or 4 times a day. When I answer they just stay silent then hang up.

I refused to pick this call as it is a U.S. number and I am in the UK.

Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name. They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them.
