Like previous comments, have received call from above number supposedly from tapatalk who I left some time ago. I just put the phone down.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. They are scam artists claiming to be technicians from Talk Talk. They say that your router needs changing. They want you to input a code into your computer. They hang up when you ask them if they can confirm your name or address. Do not deal with these people as they are phishing for your personal information and may rip you off financially.
