Called out of the blue -- same script as ali s call. Claimed to be from London ; but oddly couldn t tell me what time it was there.. Also ; when asked for his company s reg. number at Companies House ; gave the telephone number he called from. Obvious scammer ; despite his claims to the contrary.

didnt answer, but searched info online. turns out its a scam call where they get you to provide computer info and then proceed to hack you. you have to pay a ransom fee to unlock your computer. claim theyre from microsoft. dangerous. avoid.
Automated scammers wanting your credit card number. They have lists of names and mobile phone numbers mainly form Orange (stolen??). They pretend to be be either of the following Lloyds, Barclays and Natwest then all refernce to the bank's name is dropped. The land line remains as 01132230180 It is a poor copy of Lloyds bank's automated answering system.

I received an SMS from this number that someone logged in to the internet banking and if it was not me, I should report it. A link has been sent to a website that is phishing personal data
This number rang my wife,s phone on 21/06/2022 .The number rang out three times and then hung up. A similar number +94938591709 rang my phone the following day 22/06/2022 and rang out three times and hung up. i believe they are suspicious numbers.
Multiple calls, no-one speaks even though background conversations are audible. Same with voicemails left. Now reported to voadafone - I'm wasting money on VM calls to listen to blank messages from them.
