just received a call from these morons, rang back and automated message says they re called "Discover Finance".

Rang up asking to speak to accounts about the business insurance, told them it was renewed in march. they then wanted to know who it was with and I said that Im not obliged to tell them and told them not to ring this number again but they probably will do

This is an Indian call centre which asks you to do a quick survey which they add that they re not calling to sell you anything - as soon as you say that you re not interested they hang up.. the thing is, they call you the next day saying the exact same thing!!!

Alleged not a sales call and only wanted 60 seconds of my time. Had the same call the previous day wanting to know if I was house owner, age etc. When challenged they hang up.

having repeated calls from these, yes I do owe them money at the moment, but after years of paying without any problems this is the first time I have been one payment behind.
