As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end
SCAM, called pretending to be Virgin media saying that people were accessing our internet once they started to ask certain questions I became sceptical. I asked why they hadn't gone through the normal security checks and they said they could confirm my internet line which any competent scammer can do and is not the usual security check I told them I would just change my password and they said it would not stop the problem :) so I said if they were genuine they should send me a letter

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. A recorded call to my mobile informed me of my tax fraud and asked me to press 1 to speak to an HMRC officer. Failure to press 1 would result in an immediate issue of a warrant and my arrest today. The bot then hung up, didn't even say "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Rude little bot!

The PEST is: Domestic & General :( They are a cold-calling pest phishing for new Loft Insulation contracts. I have automated calls on a daily basis for 2 months now - 3 rings and they hang up - never leaving a message. I wish the government would provide the regulators with some teeth to prosecute all these highly persistent phone pests making MULTIPLE nuisance calls. I changed my number relatively recently to avoid this, and I m ex-directory and I ve "opted out" so they should check before they call.
