Had this number, 01619390228 call me a few times recently, they don t let the phone ring very long, have never left a voice message and on trying to call the number I get an engaged tone, will try to get to my phone quicker next time to answer, reckon it s a scam call, shouldn t be allowed !! My telephone number shouldn t be given out by any anyone except me !!

Tried a free app called call zapper today! I m sure there s loads similar ones available too! Answer silently (you have to be somewhere quiet!) then press home button and really quickly open the app then hit the FAX button and it plays the fax tone down the line to them! Let s see if it results in my number being deleted from their database! Give it a try and post up here how you get on!! PS It s not my app or anything (!) just sharing something I hope will work! JL

They wanted my name and telephone number for security, I said you must know my number as you have called me. This is the fourth call from a Bournemouth number beginning 01202143. The last 3 didn't leave a message. The first call was picked up and they claimed to be an ECO Green company dealing in insulation. When questioned they said their manager would call back. Of course they didn't. It looks like a possible scam.
