My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T

A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. IT’S EASY TO STOP THESE CALLS!!! Simply answer the call and pretend to be interested in what they are offering. You will probably be passed to a "manager" who will arrange for someone to visit you. Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back

This is a scam company pretending to offer recycling "discounts" off of windows. The guy who then visit your property (Matt) is a total con merchant.. they have no windows to sell, he is just trying to get a deposit off of you.

Telepest. People from India claiming to do election research on behalf of something called NQR, and they keep ringing repeatedly - probably a scam that starts by pretending to be a survey. They keep ringing even if you tell them not to.

Recurring calls from this number - vmails left has no message - so far 5 calls received today alone

This company is still at it but now calling off witheld numbers. I heard the words "accident" when I asked who they were. Told them never to call me again that my number was registered with Mobile Telephone Preference Service so therefore they should not be calling and that accessing my number from Gumtree for marketing calls was illegal before telling them to remove my number immediately or next time I will report them.

They are called theclaimsteam.com. Number now barred.

Just received the fourth call from this number even though I asked to be taken off their list. They are a pain. They offer servicing for Dyson cleaners which will no doubt result in you needing costly and unnecessary other spare parts.

Claimed to be BT wanting to offer "better" package.Did not sound "right" Very persistent.Did not know my name.

These must be calling every number in the phone book at the moment, had several missed calls over two days.

The caller didn t give her name even though I asked. She said she wanted to speak to Mrs (name not understood) when I asked her to repeat I still didn t know who she was asking for, but for sure not my name. I said she had a wrong number and she hung up.
