100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. Ive had about 5 calls from this number and nobody speaks at the other end and they put the phone down very quickly. I have blocked it now but its a pain
they have called me twice on my mobile and on my landline claiming to be something to do with an accident claim on my car insurance but when i asked what car was this about both times put the phone down on me.
Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction
