Fraud Caller had a strong accent and spoke poor english. There was a lot of background noise as you would expect from a call centre. Asked to speak to my husband but did not mention his first name. Got text addressing me by name and saying as existing Sky customer (I am) they could reduce monthly cost whilst keeping current package. Req reply for call back. Treating as scam.
Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Im very scared now and don t know what to do

Prerecorded message alleging to be from a bank - 2 transactions were highlighted as 1. a payment of £300 to Amazon and 2. a payment exceeding £1000 to an overseas destination. Options were offered which were ignored and the call was terminated by the recipient. An effort was made to call the number from both landline and mobile where an answer was given “it has not been possible to connect your call” and “the number you have dialled is incorrect”, respectively. These people should be sent to Siberia.

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

Scam/Criminal This number repeatedly dialed me from onwards 28/10/2015, after 5 days I put them on call reject. I ve just noticed that the scamers/criminals are trying it again (they must be either scams or criminals because their ignoring the UK ICO and TPS Preference Scheme Codes).
Too many digits for STD Area Code 0191. Comes up as similar numbers with first 11 digits the same but final 2 or 3 different. Silence when you make connection. Will also post ...
