They called me back in May offering an extra 3 GB of data for free but then my contact was reduced from 6GB to 4GB AND my bill went up £10. I did call Vodafone to sort it and they were very helpful and even refunded me. They called again today offering a free phone upgrade. Really scary how they can do this.

They have threatened to take money from bank account. I searched from email and other correspondence from them but cannot find nothing. Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. On subsequent calls, I kep asking them to stop as I am not mr John. They just hang up. I m on TPS and ex-directory.
