Telemarketer asking if the property I live in has any issues such as damp or mould. Supposedly some sort of housing disrepair company. Reasonably polite for a telemarketer.

Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. Ive had this number since the days of T-Mobile when it used to be on pay as you go. Only swapprd it to pay monthly at Christmas and what do you know 41 missed calls since the end of April. before you say they didn t do a credit check because I ve been a T-Mobile customer for so long.
