Called me. I answered then the caller hung up. Called number back to see who called and the number came back as not recognised.

Called by a Welsh lady saying they were handing out free grants for loft insulation -- did I have loft insulation? I immediately smelt a rat & asked who was calling. She simply said "a grant company". I asked what their name was. She was very evasive but eventually said "Nationwide Energy." I asked what their address was but said she didn t know(!). PRA Group. Call consistently. However they always ask you to confirm your details which Im not prepared to do. They need to be open and introduce themselves. Otherwise block them. Take there number and call them bk. At least you are in control of the situation and able to discuss things. Knowing that they are who they say they are. Never give your details out. They could be anybody.
