Called seemingly to confirm delivery details and then discussed the extended warranty as though it was free and asked me to confirm bank details. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone so he provided lots more info about me but I then said I d prefer to at least discuss with my partner before signing up: cue the hard sell! I maintained I will discuss it and can can call back only for him to get exasperated and put the phone down on me. Quite rude!
I d like to state: NEVER TRUST A 0800 NUMBER !!! if you are stupid enough to answer such calls: HANG UP !!! it will save you precious time and, above all, nerves. i pray the the government will do something about these "people", the sooner the better....
