They are a debt recovery agency trying to track down people with bad debt. I don’t do debt I owe no one anything how the hell they got my number is a mystery. Any I think they are a fraud. Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.

Called about 11am this morning. Well spoken female voice with English accent said she was an official energy agent in the area and asked if I still had fibreglass loft insulation. I immediately asked her the name of the energy company she worked for. She immediately ended the phone call. Obviously a scam.

Call from ‘Michael’ of PrimeInvest wanting to refund £11000 of my £250 deposit, but first I need to download anydesk, a popular tool for fraudsters to use to get control of your computer. In their facebook ads PrimeInv.co purport to offer AI trading. Their “registered address” is the Google offices in Zurich. They’ll take your money but don’t expect to see any back.
Continue to call every day but change the digits slightly, always hang up as i wait for someone to talk when accepting the call.

SCAM This is a parcel spam in text form - It was asking to use the link findyourdpdpackage.com. The website no longer exists. It did a couple of months ago when I received the test. I was curious as I wasn't waiting for a package. I did not fill in any information asked for. I meant to report it at the time but forgot. I was clearing out texts when I came across it again. I want to warn about the phone number it came from.
